Are you experiencing something for the first time and are not sure where to turn? As an employee, you and your family members have access to the Employee Assistance Program. Counseling and support services do not end with depression and stress, but are also offered for grief, personal finance, taxes, legal issues, relationships, childcare, nutrition and more.

If you or a loved one are experiencing a mental health issue, these resources may be of assistance to you.

Title IX related experiences are some of the most difficult life-experiences. Support and next steps for all parties can be difficult to navigate. If you have any questions or concerns, contact the Title IX Office.

Baylor University faculty, staff and their families have access to drug and alcohol counseling and treatment resources.

This program helps to defray expenses associated with the adoption process and affirms the choice by faculty and staff to grow their families in this way.

New and expectant parents are supported with resources and helpful information. In addition, Baylor University has been designated as a Texas Mother-Friendly Worksite by the Texas Department of State Health Services.

The Mayborn Museum Complex brings together, in one location, the resources of hands-on discovery rooms and interactive natural science and cultural history galleries, including outdoor exhibits.

Faculty, Staff and their families are encouraged to use the fitness center, climb “The Rock”, swim, play squash and racquetball, and many other activities. The pool can even be rented for birthday parties!
